Questions people actually ask
Nothing breaks and nobody is locked out. The console shows you are over, and we agree the next tier with you. We do not silently upgrade your subscription or bill you for it retrospectively.
Your workspace keeps working for a 7-day grace period after the period ends. After that, access is withdrawn — but nothing is deleted. Paying restores it as a single status change.
Yes. We hand back a complete PostgreSQL dump of your workspace by single-use download link. Archived data is kept for 60 days afterwards in case you want it again, then destroyed — with a last reminder before it goes.
There is a demo workspace we walk you through, which is more useful than a trial you have to populate yourself. If you want a trial on your own data afterwards, ask and we will set one up.
Not for the standard setup: provisioning, your first import and a walkthrough are included. Bespoke integrations are quoted separately, and only if you ask for them.
Your workspace is a separate database and our staff cannot open it without a reason recorded and a single-use link — and your people see a banner on screen for the whole session.
