Comparison

Four of these six will not tell you the price

We read every competitor's own pricing page. Two publish a rate. Three ask you to book a call first. One would not load. Here is exactly what each one says, quoted and dated — and nothing we cannot show you the source for.

They publish a rate

You have to ask

What every one of them has in common

Each of the five we could read charges per employee, per month, and most sell the modules separately. That is a reasonable way to sell software and a strange way to buy it: the bill grows every time you hire, which is the moment an HR system is supposed to be helping rather than costing more.

We price per workspace, by headcount band, with every module included. Hiring your eleventh person moves you up a band once; it does not add a line to the invoice every month. The individual pages below work that arithmetic at 10, 25 and 50 people using their own published rates.

What these pages deliberately do not do

There is no feature matrix here, and there will not be one. A column of ticks against somebody else's product is a claim we cannot verify from their marketing page, that they are entitled to read, and that is wrong the week they ship something. We found the HR comparison pages written by vendors about each other to be worth very little, and we are not going to add to them.

What we can stand behind is what a company says about itself in public. So that is all that is on these pages: their words, the date we read them, and a link so you can check. Everything about our own product is on the product page and the price list, where you can hold it to the same standard.
