Comparison

Signet and WebHR

WebHR publishes a rate, which makes this an easy comparison to make honestly: their figures, our figures, and the arithmetic in between.

Read from their own site on 23 October 2026. www.webhr.co

What WebHR publishes

Per employee, per month, with modules sold separately.

  • “$2.00 per employee per month — Base modules”
  • “Add-on modules per employee / month: Payroll +$2.00 · Recruitment / ATS +$0.50 · Performance +$0.50 · Forms +$0.50 · HR Letters +$0.50 · Benefits +$1.00 · Scheduler +$2.00”
  • “Estimate for 5 employees $10.00 / month · Billed yearly $120.00”
  • “Estimate only — your final price is confirmed at checkout”
  • Seats are bought in slabs of five — their page gives the example "for 42 employees choose 45", so a team of 42 pays for 45.
  • Free for up to 5 employees.

What that comes to

Their published rate for Base + Payroll + Recruitment + Performance (Base $2.00 + Payroll $2.00 + Recruitment $0.50 + Performance $0.50), multiplied by headcount — against our whole-workspace price with every module included. Both sides in US dollars, because theirs is published in dollars and converting it at a rate neither company agreed to would invent a figure.

25 $125 / month by quote —
50 $250 / month by quote —

Their column is their own published figure times headcount, with no volume discount applied — so if they discount, their real number is lower than this. Ours is the list price anybody can read on staging.zapronixdigital.com. Check both before you decide.

What this page does not tell you

Whether their product suits you better than ours. There is no feature matrix here on purpose: a tick in WebHR's column would be our claim about their product, made from their marketing page, and it would be wrong the week they ship something. Price structure is the one thing both companies state in public, so it is the one thing we will compare.

If you are weighing them seriously, read their page and ours, and hold both to the same standard. We would rather lose a sale to a product that fits better than win one on a table nobody checked.

If you are buying for a Pakistani payroll

One more thing worth doing before you pick anybody: check what each one knows about the deductions you actually owe. We keep a sourced statutory reference — EOBI, provincial social security and the salary tax bands — with the Act or circular behind every figure. It is free, there is no form in front of it, and it is useful whoever you end up buying from.
